About Health Insurance
Medical and surgical costs are covered by insurance as health insurance. In health insurance terms, a provider is a private clinic, hospital, doctor, laboratory, healthcare practitioner, or pharmacy that treats an individual. The insured is the health insurance policy’s owner or the person who has the health insurance coverage.
Depending on what sort of health insurance coverage you have, the insured pays up front and then is reimbursed, or the insurance company makes payments to the health care provider directly.
